We have further enhanced our Preferred Banking proposition by introducing a Preferred Banking Lounge at selected branches which include:
- Masaki
- Temeke
- Hill Park
- Mwanza
- Lumumba
The lounge is exclusive to Preferred Banking customers only. It allows them to:
- Carry out their banking transactions in private.
- Enjoy comfort as in the lounge they get access to refreshments (Tea, Coffee) and TV.
- Carry out meetings with their clients.
